500G Bread cubes
3Pc Eggs
400ml milk
1Pc onion
40ml oil
1Tbsp parsley
5Tbsp Flour (handy)
1TL salt

  1. First whisk the milk with the eggs and salt and pour over the bread cubes, mix and let steep.
  2. In the meantime, peel the onion, chop it up and roast it lightly in the oil in a pan and mix it with the chopped parsley into the breadcrumbs, add the flour and mix well.
  3. Then bring the water to the boil in a large saucepan with salt, form dumplings with wet hands and place in the boiling water, leave to stand for about 10 minutes. Take out with a sieve scoop and drain well.
