10G Coconut oil
20thPc Amarena cherries
2Tbsp Amarena cherry juice
3Tr red food coloring
5Tbsp Sprinkle decoration

  1. Mix butter, flour, baking powder, cocoa, sugar, egg and 50 ml milk with a hand mixer for 1 minute.
  2. Spread the dough in a form lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 20 minutes, leave to cool.
  3. Drain the amarena cherries and collect the juice. Finely crumble the cake, gradually stir in 1 tablespoon of Amarena cherry juice, remaining milk and enough cream cheese until the mixture is easy to shape.
  4. Cut off 20 portions from the mixture and shape them into a round shape. Chill the balls for 30 minutes. Chop the couverture and melt it with the coconut oil over the warm water bath.
  5. Stir in the red food coloring drop by drop. Press the balls flat, place 1 cherry in the middle and shape them into a round shape again.
  6. Dip the balls in the couverture and tap off the excess, place on aluminum foil, sprinkle with decor. When the icing is hard, place the balls in the paper cases.
