200G broccoli
1Pc small onion
1Pc clove of garlic
0.5TL turmeric
2Tbsp Grated parmesan
1Tbsp butter
2Tbsp oil
0.5l vegetable soup

  1. Divide the washed broccoli into small florets, finely chop the stem parts. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion and garlic in it. Add the rice and turmeric and roast until everything is surrounded by the oil.
  3. Pour hot soup on until the rice is just covered. Add broccoli and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes. simmer. Keep adding liquid and stirring well. When the rice is soft, stir in the butter and parmesan.
