1Pk Puff pastry (refrigerated shelf)
250G Potting
2Pk vanilla sugar
4thTbsp Raisins

  1. For the pot holders, first preheat the oven to 220 degrees top / bottom heat and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. In a bowl, stir the curd cheese, egg, sugar and raisins to a creamy mixture. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares. In the middle, shape some curd cheese filling against and into tascherl (fold the four corners together over the filling).
  3. Place the tascherl on the baking sheet and brush with water. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.

Tips on the recipe

Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve. You can also leave out the raisins.
