0.5Pk baking powder

  1. For the quick Christmas biscuits, use a mixing bowl to mix all the ingredients into a shortcrust pastry. Then wrap in foil and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  3. Take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it out on a floured work surface and cut out biscuits as desired.
  4. Place the cookies on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Tips on the recipe

Sprinkle the hot biscuits with powdered sugar.
