  1. For the zucchini pan with rice, first cook the rice until al dente according to the instructions on the packet and then strain.
  2. Peel and chop garlic and onion. Fry in a pan with oil. Wash, clean and cut the zucchini and peppers. Add to the pan and fry briefly.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, soup and herbs and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Then mix in the rice and season with salt and pepper.
