1Kn celery

1prize pepper
2Pc Eggs
3Tbsp Flour
60G Crumbs
5Tbsp oil

  1. Peel the raw potatoes and grate them in a large bowl with the grater.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onions and mix with the potatoes.
  3. Wash the zucchini, celery and bell pepper well, cut into small cubes and add to the bowl. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add eggs and flour and knead well. Shape the mixture into small patties and roll them in breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry the patties in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
